Performed sanitary and waste calculations for the Department of Environmental Protection while designing HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems for a 10,000 square-foot doctor’s office on Francis-Louis Boulevard in Queens.

Provided the design of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler system during a build-out of 16 medical offices
Mission Critical Engineering & HVAC:
Designed the ventilation and HVAC systems for tuberculosis clinics in New York City, meeting the highly-stringent standards required for dealing with contagious diseases.
Design Services:
Performed an energy analysis of lighting, HVAC, elevators, and oil and gas consumption to meet NY state energy requirements for three separate layout design options at NY Presbyterian Downtown Campus as part of a major modernization, including a one million square-foot new medical center over the east side parkway
