Engineering Design:
Designed a sprinkler system for a restaurant in Building 14 at JFK Airport, which is the NY/NJ Port Authority headquarters building. This project was completed by observing as-built conditions, including hydraulic calculations.
MEP Engineering Services:
Designed the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems for seven apartments and two retail locations in an eight-story luxury apartment building in Tribeca
